REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Epitapphia.

Because our collections include limited and made-to-order garments, specific conditions apply to returns and exchanges.


2. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom or made-to-order garments are produced individually after an order is placed. Such items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled once production has begun. An exception applies only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.


3. STANDARD ITEMS

For customers located in Ukraine, non-custom items may be returned within fourteen days from delivery, provided the item remains unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within fourteen days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

International returns are accepted under the same conditions, with shipping and customs-related expenses covered by the buyer.


4. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify help@epitapphia.com within forty-eight hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
